Anne-Marie Started out in real estate sales and rentals in 1991 in Kissimmee Florida. She set up her vacation rental and property management business in 1994. She has evolved the business alongside her client’s needs adding long-term property management and rentals in 1996. In 2004 she sold her short-term property management and rental business and focused on long-term single-family home rentals and real estate sales.
Nicole Salvador started with McCormack Realty as an Administrative Assistant in 2004; she has evolved alongside Anne-Marie through her dedication to the company, clients, and tenants. Nicole graduated from real estate school and became our principal property manager, she continues her further education in property management and sales and has attended many courses over the years, and is a Licensed Realtor. She didn’t start out as a family member but has become Anne-Marie’s surrogate daughter.
Nicholas McCormack dedicates himself to ensuring our state-of-the-art property management portal, servers, and maintenance ticketing systems run in tip-top shape. After school, he started working for his mum doing computer work and teaching her how to use the company’s computers and associated software. He attended college in 1997 in Kissimmee, Florida, to study IT. He also studied Real Estate and has completed property management courses. His official roles are Accountant, Director of IT, and support for our clients and tenants.
